For the past few years I have lived and worked in Austin, walking with people through some of life’s toughest challenges. I have always loved helping and supporting others, which led me to study mental health counseling, graduate with a Master’s Degree, and become a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. Since 2021, I have worked primarily with kids, teens, and young adults. While I see any individual, these are the populations I have grown to specialize in.

I have spent time with clients processing and working through Relationship Concerns, Depression, Anxiety,Trauma, Loss and Grief, Behavioral Concerns, Addiction, Crisis,Careers Concerns, and Spirituality. I primarily work through a person-centered approach, believing in people’s capacity to overcome their issues while helping them along the way. With the therapeutic relationship playing a large role in my job, it is my desire to connect with clients so they feel seen, heard, and helped.  I am currently supervised by Maren Williams, LPC-S.
